Do I need an account or subscription?
No. Both tools are free to use without signing up. Each tool shows its file limits before you begin.
Are files uploaded?
No. Your product files, PDFs and images are processed in your browser. The website downloads the code and resources needed to work with them. Contact messages are sent separately by email. Google Analytics starts only if you accept it in Cookie settings. Basic hosting reports are separate. Neither receives your tool files or message text.
What are the limits?
You can see the file size, row or page limits beside each file picker. These are maximums, rather than a promise that every file will process quickly. If your device slows down, try fewer or smaller files.
How long does my file session last?
There is no automatic time limit. Files and review decisions stay in this loaded browser tab while you use our guides or switch tools. Clear all removes that tool’s files from memory. Refreshing, closing the tab or the browser discarding it ends the session. Keep your originals and downloads; there is no server file history to restore.
Does Compare show every source difference?
In Map & match, open Compare source files and unit costs to compare all mapped values in the baseline and one supplier. It lists added, missing, changed, unchanged and ambiguous records. The later review follows your update rules, which preserve existing fields by default. A missing supplier record does not delete a product.
Can the tool match similar SKUs or compare pack costs?
It can suggest similar codes for you to check, but never merges them automatically. Confirm the product and correct its source data before matching. For pack costs, select the price and pack-quantity columns and confirm they use equivalent units. Enter your own checked currency rate when needed; this comparison does not change the exported prices.
What is the difference between a missing column, blank and zero?
If the supplier leaves out a column, your current value stays the same. An empty cell also keeps the current value unless you choose a clearing rule. A stock value of 0 means none are available; it is not an empty cell. Check and approve stock decreases individually before downloading.
How do I resolve duplicate SKUs?
A SKU is a product code. If two sizes share a code, match by both SKU and Size. A supplier or warehouse column can also help tell products apart. If a row is a mistake, correct it or use Ignore this source record. The tool will not guess which product you meant.
What about product variants?
Give each size or colour a clear way to match, such as SKU and Size together. Keep the extra information your shop needs. For example, a WooCommerce variation needs a link to its main product, and Shopify may have extra rows for images. Try a small import first.
Can I use regional prices and identifiers?
Yes. Product codes keep their leading zeros, such as 0007. Choose the number format in your file, for example 1,234.50 or 1.234,50, before changing prices. If you use a tax, exchange or unit-conversion rule, enter and check the rate yourself.
Are generic exports ready for every marketplace?
No. Generic keeps the column names you choose. Shopify and WooCommerce prepare columns for those shops, but your shop may need additional details. Stock held in several locations may need a different import format. Check your shop’s requirements and try a few products first.
Can I crop a scanned label or several labels on one page?
Yes. Draw a separate crop box around each label. You can also enter its measurements instead of dragging. Optional English text recognition, called OCR, can help read a scan. Check its words against the original; it does not verify the barcode or postage.
Can RowParcel suggest where to crop a label?
Suggest content crop finds a bounding box around visible dark content and leaves extra margin. It can include instructions or miss faint marks, so check every address, barcode and quiet zone before keeping it. The suggestion replaces that page’s regions; Undo restores them. It does not recognize a carrier layout or approve postage.
Why did my label print too small?
Check that the paper size in the tool matches your printer’s paper. Open the downloaded PDF and choose Actual size or 100%, with Fit to page turned off. The 4 × 6 printer test includes a square you can measure to check the size.

A normal PDF crop can leave information hidden outside the visible area. Image-only export makes a new PDF using just the visible crop, but its words are no longer selectable as text. Always check that the visible crop contains only what you want to share.
Can I save settings on a shared device?
Yes, but save only what you are comfortable leaving there. Saved settings can include column names and values you typed into rules. They do not contain your source files. Use Delete saved in the tool, or delete all saved tool presets from Cookies & storage when you finish.
Can I use a phone or another language?
You can use either tool on a phone, tablet or computer. Larger files are easier to review on a bigger screen. Measurement fields let you adjust crops without dragging. The interface is currently in English, and supported files can contain international text.
