A few clear steps

How would you like to use RowParcel?

Each tool has its own workflow. Follow the steps for product files or shipping labels below.

Product files

CSV compare & merge

Use this tool when a supplier sends new prices or stock, when you want to combine product lists, or when you need to check one file.

You will need: your current product file and any supplier update files. To check one file, that file is enough.
Open CSV tool
  1. Choose your files

Add your current product list as the starting file. Add the supplier files you want to compare or merge. If you only need to check a file, choose Check one file.

  2. Check the columns

Make sure the preview looks right. Choose a worksheet for Excel files. If a CSV looks wrong, adjust its separator or text encoding.

  3. Match the same products

Choose a field such as SKU to find the same product in each file. For sizes or colours that share a SKU, add a second matching field.

  4. Choose what can change

Select the fields you want to update, such as Price. Other fields stay as they are. Empty cells keep existing values by default; a stock value of 0 is still a real update.

  5. Review and approve

Look at the old and proposed values. Resolve duplicate matches, check new products, and approve the changes you want to include.

  6. Download and test

Choose an export format and download the prepared file with its report. Keep your original, then test a small import in your shop before updating everything.

What you will get

A prepared CSV, TSV or XLSX file, plus a report that helps you check what happened to your records.

Shipping labels

Shipping label cropper

Use this tool when labels are surrounded by extra content, placed on a larger page, or need a different print layout.

You will need: a PDF, PNG or JPEG containing your labels, and the paper size used by your printer.
Open label tool
  1. Choose your label files

Add one or more PDFs or images. Page previews help you see which pages contain labels and which contain paperwork.

  2. Review and crop each page

Choose what to keep on every page: label regions, a supporting document, or nothing. Drag a crop or enter its measurements. Add another region if a page has more than one label.

  3. Choose your print layout

Select the paper size, such as 4 × 6 inches, A4 or Letter. Adjust spacing and scale, then check the preview. The tool will flag a layout that cannot fit.

  4. Download and make a test print

Review the included pages and download the ZIP containing your PDFs and page report. Open the PDF and print one test at 100% or Actual size before printing the full batch.

What you will get

PDFs laid out for your chosen paper, any supporting documents you kept, and a report listing the source pages.

Your originals stay yours

Both tools work in your browser. They do not upload your source files or change a live store. You choose when to download a copy.
