What you can do here

RowParcel provides two free tools without an account: one to check, compare and combine product files, and one to crop shipping labels and arrange them for printing. These terms apply when you use the website.

The tools prepare new files for you to review and download. They do not update your shop, keep a cloud backup, buy postage or confirm that a shipping label is valid.

Check your result before using it

Keep your original files. For product updates, check the matching products, prices, stock, new items and anything left out. For labels, check the address, barcode, crop edges, number of copies and paper size.

Try a small shop import or one test print before using a full batch. Shops, carriers and printers have their own requirements, so a file that downloads successfully may still need changes for your next step.

A normal PDF crop can leave hidden information outside the visible area. Image-only export makes a new PDF from the visible crop, but its text is no longer selectable. Choose the option that suits how you will share or print the file.

Use files you are allowed to handle

You keep your rights to the files you use. Please use only files you have permission to handle, and do not use the website to create false shipping information, send spam or disrupt the service.

Privacy and traffic statistics

Tool files are processed on your device. Contact messages are delivered by email and are not saved in a website contact database. Email providers and the receiving inbox still keep the conversation.

Google Analytics 4 is available for optional website statistics. Google Analytics is optional and starts only after you accept it. You can reject analytics and still use both tools. Using the website or accepting these terms does not count as analytics consent. Our privacy notice also explains email, basic hosting reports and saved browser settings.

Availability and limits

File limits are shown in each tool. Large or complex files may take longer or use more memory, especially on a phone. We may change features or pause the service for maintenance or to address a problem.

We work to make the tools useful and reliable, but cannot promise that every file, shop or printer will work without an issue. The tools support your decisions; they do not replace checking the final result. Nothing in these terms takes away rights or protections that the law gives you.
