For example, your shop gives you an A4 page with a label in one corner and an invoice below. You want just the label on a 4 × 6 inch printer. Add that PDF to begin. The original file stays unchanged.
- Choose files / drag and drop
- Choose PDFs, PNGs or JPEGs from your device. Several files can be added to one batch. The tool lists their pages so you can decide what to keep. It does not upload the source files.
- Try a synthetic sample packet
- Load fictional practice pages showing different label and document layouts. They are marked as tests and have no valid postage. The sample is for learning how the crop and layout controls work.
- Password-protected file
- If you have permission to open a locked PDF, enter its password before choosing the file again. The password is used on your device and cleared after the file opens. Clear all files also clears it.
- Continue / Clear all files / Cancel processing
- Continue opens page review. Clear all files clears the current workspace, not the original files on your device. Cancel processing stops the current operation; inspect the pages still present before continuing.
From a PDF packet to a label print file
- Add your PDFs, PNGs or JPEGs and look through the pages.
- Select the label regions. Keep any paperwork you need and explicitly exclude unwanted pages.
- Choose the paper size, layout and scale. Check that every label fits.
- Download the PDFs and page report. Make a test print at 100% or Actual size.
Can I use an unfamiliar layout?
Yes. Set the crop yourself by dragging or entering measurements. Add several regions if a page has more than one label. Every page needs your review.
What about scanned labels?
You can crop a scan without text recognition. Optional English OCR runs on your device if you need help reading the text. Check the result yourself; OCR does not verify a tracking number or postage.
Does a crop remove hidden information?
A normal PDF crop can keep hidden source content. Choose image-only output for a fresh document made from the visible crop. This removes searchable text and uses the resolution you choose.
Can I print from my phone?
Use the measurement fields to adjust the crop, then download your PDF. Open it in a PDF viewer and choose the matching paper size. Available print options depend on your phone, apps and printer.
