Your files stay on your device

RowParcel reads and processes your product files, PDFs and images in your browser. We do not upload or keep copies of those files on our servers. Their names, contents, PDF passwords and prepared downloads are not sent to our email or analytics services.

The open workspace keeps the information needed while you work. Use Clear all or close the tab when you finish. Files you download remain on your device until you delete them. Settings are saved only when you choose to save them.

When you contact us

The contact form sends your name, email address, topic and message to our inbox through our email provider. The website does not keep a separate contact-message database. If you email us directly, your message also arrives in our inbox.

Your message and our replies are stored by the email services involved. We use them to answer your request, help with a problem or deal with a privacy question. Please leave out private files, customer information and passwords.

We normally delete resolved conversations within 90 days, unless we need to keep them longer for an ongoing issue or a legal requirement. You can ask us about a message or request its deletion using the Contact page.

Website traffic statistics

Google Analytics 4 is available for optional website statistics.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4) starts only after you accept analytics in Cookie settings. If you reject it or close the panel without choosing, Google tracking stays off. You can use both tools either way and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer.

After acceptance, Google receives public page views and general actions, such as opening a tool, trying a sample, finishing processing or downloading a result. Its tag also receives browser and device information and the connection’s IP address to estimate a broad location. Analytics cookies help recognise visits from the same browser. We do not send your file contents, filenames, product records, label addresses, passwords or contact messages.

We remove query details and fragments from the page links we send. For an outside referral, we send only the website’s origin, without its page path or query. We use these reports to improve RowParcel. Advertising features, Google Signals and automatic form and download tracking are not part of this setup.

Your analytics choice lasts up to 180 days in this browser. Switching Statistics off stops further collection and removes this website’s accessible analytics cookies. It does not erase information already received by Google. Contact us if you have a question about that information.

Our GA4 retention setting for detailed event and user data is 2 months. Google’s standard combined reports can remain available for longer. This is separate from the 180-day lifetime of your browser choice and analytics cookies.

Running the website safely

Your browser sends normal connection information, including its IP address and the page requested, to our hosting service so the website can load. Hosting and security logs may contain this information. Our log-retention target is 30 days; provider security records may have their own retention periods.

We use Vercel Observability for basic hosting traffic reports, such as request totals, requested pages and broad countries where available. These reports do not use Google Analytics or track individual actions inside the file tools.

Basic hosting reports are separate from GA4 and may include automated visits by bots. They are not a record of everything you do inside a tool. The Statistics choice controls Google Analytics; it does not turn off the connection information needed to deliver and protect the website.

To limit spam, the contact form keeps short-lived request counts with our abuse-protection service. It uses a coded version of the connection’s address, not the message text. These counts expire after 15 minutes or one hour. The form also checks a hidden spam field and how quickly it was completed.

Settings in your browser

Your browser remembers your analytics choice for up to 180 days and can remember the light or dark theme you choose. If you use Save on this device, it also remembers the tool settings you saved. Those settings can include column names or values you put into rules. They do not include your source files, result rows or PDF passwords.

Open tool files and progress remain in this tab’s temporary memory while you visit guides or switch tools. There is no automatic expiry timer. Clear all removes them from that workspace; refreshing, closing or losing the tab ends the session. Browser memory management can also discard a tab. Keep your originals and downloads.

You can delete saved tool settings from the tool or the Cookies & storage page. You can also clear this website’s data in your browser. Deleting saved settings does not delete downloads or files already open in a tool.

Your questions and rights

We use contact details to respond to the request you send, and connection information to deliver and protect the website. Where data-protection law applies, these are our legitimate interests. Optional Google Analytics uses your consent. Any limited hosting statistics are reviewed separately for their privacy impact and legal basis. We do not sell contact information or use it for marketing.

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to limit its use or object where those rights apply. Contact us with enough detail to find your request. We cannot retrieve files that were processed only on your device.

Our hosting and email services, and Google when analytics is accepted, may process information in other countries. We review their privacy terms and transfer safeguards when choosing them. You may also raise a concern with the data-protection authority where you live.
